The Construction Management contract grants the client the services of a construction manager to work with the design team, trade contractors, and suppliers.
Under this arrangement, the client can be assured that proper communication and organization is instilled in the project from the start and continues throughout the duration of the project. There are several contracts and fee structures that can be deployed under a construction management contract. These include, but are not limited to cost plus, guaranteed maximum price, percentage fee, and fixed fee. BMI is flexable and will work under the agreement that is in line with the client’s needs.
